Senior/Community Relations Executive

What You Will Do

The incumbent is responsible for marketing communications, with a primary focus on creating an online community that supports the cause of HCA Hospice Care.  Together with the Community Relations team, he/she will be driving our digital marketing strategies to reach out to our target audience.  The scope of work includes the following duties:

  • Manage the digital marketing plan including content creation, online advocacy and community outreach in order to raise the visibility and outreach of key projects across the social and digital spaces
  • Respond to users across the various platforms proactively and handle enquires that come through the online platforms
  • Monitor and analyse website and social media reports and traffic trends to distil data into actionable insights
  • Execute, review and report on digital campaigns, analyse campaign performance and translate data into recommendations for future campaigns
  • Identify and keep up with digital and social media trends, proposing appropriate actions relevant to increase the brand awareness & customer engagement
  • Support community outreach e.g. liaison with corporates, institutions and schools for potential collaborations
  • Work with the Community Relations team in department projects and corporate events
  • Perform other duties as required to meet corporate objectives

Who You Are

  • Has a knack for developing interesting, innovative and creative concepts and content
  • Meticulous with exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills
  • 2-3 years’ experience in developing a variety of content e.g. written content, infographics, social media posts, videos
  • A self-starter who is proactive, action-oriented, and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced environment; who can also work well in a team
  • Good multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, works well in a team setting
  • Able to problem-solve, make decisions and handle negotiations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work efficiently with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software
  • Tertiary education in Marketing / Communications / Business or related studies
  • Compassionate, professional and respectful with a strong desire to serve those in need

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
