Senior Administrative Assistant

What You Will Do

 

The incumbent will assist the Assistant Manager of Medical Affairs with the proper documentation and administration of the following:

  • Handle new referrals from AIC portal, processing and liaising with referring sources.
  • Track the Caregiver Training Grant’s training schedule and coordinate the training procedures.
  • Assist in registering of course/ training synopsis into the Continuing Medical Education and Continuing Professional Education Portals.
  • Handle MOH Intermediate Long Term Care (ILTC) Subvention Claim.
  • Assist in the logistic arrangement/ operation duties for workshop.
  • Cover reception counter duties if needed.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Who You Are

  • Minimum Diploma Holder
  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience in ILTC Sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
