Assistant, Human Resources (1-Year Contract)


What You Will Do

The scope of work will generally encompass the following (but not limited to):

  • Recruitment - recruitment events, arranging interviews and job shadowing
  • Benefits  -  staff insurance claims, renewal of doctor's medical malpractice insurance, long service award
  • Learning & Development - training grants, training attendances, bond agreements
  • Performance Management – data collation, data entry, checks for accuracy
  • Projects - data migration and data checking for new Talent Management System
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time

Who You Are


  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail


Please note that this is a 1-year contract position. Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
