It can be an unsettling experience deciding on the best care for our loved one who is terminally ill. With the various choices available for care, how do we choose? This online session will cover common considerations when planning for your loved one’s care and deciding the best place of care – home, hospital or hospice.

Mr Tay Jia Sen is a Medical Social Worker at HCA Hospice Care. He has 9 years of experience in various healthcare settings and has supported a diverse range of patients, from those who have chronic medical conditions to those who are terminally ill. He has an interest in serving the elderly population and enjoys working with caregivers to empower them with knowledge.
